What awaits you:

• Active sales, advice and support of customers
• Order processing (orders, order entry, quotations, order handling, invoicing, etc.)
• Customer advice and support
• Support of field sales staff
• Dispatch of documentation and samples
• Logistics shipping documents for Switzerland and export
• Various administrative tasks
• Master data maintenance

You bring the following:

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in customer support, internal sales
• Good MS Office skills
• German as mother tongue
• Good French and/or English skills
