IT Department Head EDI & Data Integration (m/f/d)

• You take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for the low-code platform Lobster Data World and develop it purposefully
• You initiate, plan and manage demanding IT projects in the field of data integration, adhering to deadlines, quality and financial requirements
• As the central contact person, you coordinate the involved specialist departments, develop strategic solution concepts and ensure smooth integration of processes and systems
• You prepare project presentations and documentation as well as lead meetings and workshops and work with operational and administrative systems
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and employees both professionally and personally with a cooperative, transparent and goal-oriented leadership style
• Furthermore, you promote the development of your employees, coordinate personnel matters with HR and manage the area assigned to you economically and responsibly

• A completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, such as a degree in computer science or business administration, forms your professional foundation
• You bring several years of professional experience in supply chain management and IT, as well as ideally experience with the Lobster platform
• Thanks to your leadership experience, you succeed in leading, promoting and developing employees appreciatively, clearly and goal-oriented
• A strong service mindset and consistent focus on the needs of internal and external customers characterise you
• Your working style is goal-oriented, careful and independent. In addition, you convince with pronounced problem identification, structuring and solution competence
• Communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking as well as very good German and good English skills complete your profile
