You translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts for digital applications and manage sub-projects within transformation initiatives.
You investigate user needs, market movements and technological developments to identify new digital opportunities at an early stage.
You collaborate with the specialist departments to further develop digital platforms and continuously improve their functionality and user-friendliness.
You convey knowledge through workshops, coaching and practical training and support teams in successfully applying digital working methods.
You further develop user-centred testing procedures and ensure that feedback is systematically incorporated into product optimisation.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in business analysis, ideally in designing digital products or services.
You have completed a degree in business, business informatics or a related field, or have completed a comparable professional training.
You understand the technical basics of web-based and mobile solutions as well as relevant internet technologies.
You can confidently handle strategic issues as well as operational tasks and adapt flexibly to changing requirements.
You convince through initiative, implementation strength and team orientation and work independently and responsibly at the same time.
