Façade Project Manager (M/F/D)

Are you passionate about construction and building envelopes? Do you enjoy managing projects from A to Z and are you looking for a new opportunity in the Fribourg region? Our client, a recognised player in the field, is looking for their future Façade Project Manager (permanent position - 100%)!

Your playground:

• Overall project management: You manage construction and renovation projects of façades, from the tender file to final delivery.
  
  

• Studies & Design: You analyse technical files, research optimal solutions and collaborate with draftsmen-designers to develop execution plans.
  

• Site supervision & Coordination: You visit sites, ensure compliance with schedules, costs and quality requirements.
  

• Main contact: You are the direct link between clients, architects, engineers and internal teams.
  

• Safety & Quality: You guarantee compliance with current SIA standards as well as safety rules.
  

Your profile:

• Education: You hold an engineering degree, a federal certificate (e.g. project manager, ES technician) or a CFC in the construction field (metal, wood or building envelope).
  
  

• Experience: You have proven experience in managing façade projects (ventilated façades, glazed, metal or wood construction).
  

• Skills: You master reading technical plans, budget management and SIA standards. Comfortable with CAD/CAE software and project management tools.
  

• Soft Skills: You are recognised for your rigour, autonomy, negotiation skills and strong organisational ability.
  
  

• Mobility: You possess a valid driving licence.
