Cloud System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as a System Engineer. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of digital signage solutions and AV projects. You are responsible for the technical execution of projects and work closely with the team to realise innovative solutions. You bring your experience and expertise to successfully implement the projects. You are an important part of a large team and contribute to exciting projects being realised throughout Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Building and further developing powerful workplace and server platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Developing individual infrastructure concepts and resolving complex issues in existing customer environments.
Administration of secure communication networks including segmentation, site networking and perimeter protection.
Independent management of technical customer orders in close coordination with suppliers and project participants.
Structured preparation of technical documentation and ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer for ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
Vocational training in IT or equivalent practical background in system administration.
Proven experience with Microsoft cloud applications, Windows-based infrastructures and central device management.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, network topologies, remote access and firewall technologies.
Strong service orientation, communicative manner and structured project organisation.
Mobility for customer appointments and a valid driving licence category B.
