Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technical instructor with solid experience in heating and heat pump technology. Our client develops and sells modern solutions for energy-efficient heating, hot water, and building technology and supports specialist partners in planning, installation, and operation. The company offers a practical technical environment, diverse training tasks, modern technologies, and attractive opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting technical training for specialist partners, installers, and service technicians
Conveying expertise on heat pumps, heating systems, and control technology
Developing and updating training materials, presentations, and practical training content
Conducting practical exercises, product demonstrations, and technical workshops
Supporting the introduction and training of new products and system solutions
Answering technical specialist questions and supporting complex application cases
Collaborating with product management, service, and development to optimise training content
Conducting customer training on-site and in technical training centres
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training in heating, building technology, or energy technology or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in heat pump and heating technology
Good knowledge of hydraulics, control technology, and modern heating systems
Experience in training, instruction, or technical support is an advantage
Very good German language skills spoken and written
