Role:
Our client is a traditional Swiss trading company specialising in the import and distribution of high-quality food products. With a diverse range of products from various countries, the company supplies gastronomy, retail and other business partners, combining international supplier relationships with sound market knowledge.
You can expect a varied working environment in a dynamic trading company where quality, customer orientation and efficient processes are central. Responsibilities:
You take care of the correct recording of financial transactions and always keep an eye on account management and reconciliations.
You monitor incoming and outgoing payments and check incoming invoices as well as other accounting documents.
You actively participate in periodic closing tasks and ensure complete and well-maintained financial data.
You support the further development of accounting through digital applications, process improvements and project work.
Qualifications:
You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in a commercial field.
You have already gained insights into financial accounting or have several years of professional experience in this area.
You are comfortable working with Excel.
You work in a structured, careful and responsible manner and enjoy completing tasks independently.
You enjoy digital developments, contribute your own ideas and have flawless German skills in spoken and written form.
