Med. Practice Assistant Clinic for Children and Adolescents

In our versatile general and developmental paediatric outpatient clinic, we care for children and adolescents from birth up to 18 years of age and offer comprehensive, child-friendly assessment and treatment. Our spectrum ranges from developmental and growth issues to respiratory, allergy, nutritional and gastroenterological diseases, as well as specialised examinations.

Registration for our outpatient clinic is done via the referring paediatricians or general practitioners, with whom we work closely.

You will take on

• In this very varied role, you will be in regular contact with our young patients, their relatives, our doctors and be a contact person on site or by phone
• Your responsibilities include organising and assisting in the various clinics of the Clinic for Children and Adolescents, including the Developmental Paediatrics Centre
• You will independently perform body plethysmography, ergospirometry, stress ECGs, treadmill stress tests, allergy tests (prick, patch test, provocation test) as well as blood sampling
• General secretarial duties such as writing medical reports (dictation), appointment coordination and service recording also belong to your tasks
• Holiday cover for MPA colleagues
• Occasional work in our paediatric emergency department and emergency practice in cooperation with the doctors or the on-duty paediatricians

You bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as an MPA and have solid several years of practical experience
• You are accustomed to working with a PC and have already become familiar with SAP, KISIM or similar clinical information systems
• You are sociable, flexible in duty planning and enjoy a lively operation
• Independent, efficient and precise work is a matter of course for you
