Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning and Design: Independent planning of heating and district heating systems for various construction projects.
- CAD Construction: Confident use of CAD programmes, preferably NOVA and Revit.
- BIM Knowledge: Participation in Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects, ideally with experience in application.
- Coordination: Close collaboration with other specialist planners as well as architects and clients for coordinated implementation of plans.
- Technical Advice: Advising customers and project participants on technical issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with standards and norms in planning.
- Innovation: Active participation in developments and trends in building services engineering.
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating.
- Several years of professional experience in planning heating and district heating systems.
- Confident use of CAD programmes, preferably NOVA and Revit.
- BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Structured and independent working style.
- Resilient and flexible personality.
