Accountant Construction & Financial Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a Switzerland-wide SME in the construction and finishing sector based in the Aargau region, we are looking for an accounting specialist. You will manage the financial, operational, payroll and asset accounting operationally and coordinate the financial accounting within the construction projects. You work independently and actively contribute to process optimisation in invoicing and dunning.
Responsibilities:
You manage the financial, operational, payroll and asset accounting operationally with SelectLine
You take over the financial accounting and coordinate it within the construction projects
You manage debtors and creditors and prepare invoices
You prepare VAT and withholding tax returns as well as monthly and annual financial statements
You handle matters related to tax and social security
You occasionally assist with customs matters
You optimise processes in invoicing and dunning and support personnel administration in teamwork with management
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education (E or M profile) or an equivalent qualification and have training in accounting, e.g. the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience in a similar position
You have user knowledge of the ERP software SelectLine and good skills in MS Office
You work reliably, precisely and resiliently, are assertive, communicative and independent
You have good German skills; French and/or English are an advantage
