As an Operations Assistant Administration 80 - 100% you will be a valuable part of our 33-strong Toi crew from February 2027 or by arrangement and work in the 14-strong team.The restaurant toi et moi is located directly at Bern station. The popular meeting place offers space for around 80 guests and is complemented by a lounge with 20 seats as well as a spacious courtyard. The kitchen combines traditional, hearty dishes with Mediterranean lightness - fresh, seasonal and with products from the region. For special occasions, rustic halls for up to 200 guests and the historic vaulted cellar for up to 30 guests are available.

Your day with us:
- Representing the managing director in his absence
- Leading and supporting the service team
- Daily and monthly closings including inventories
- Ordering and control system as well as stock management
- Assuming final responsibility
- Reservation management
- Careful maintenance of time recording in the JobDone system
- Active assistance in daily business operations
This is how you fit with us:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry, at a hotel management school in Switzerland or commercial apprenticeship with gastro experience
- Experience in the administrative field
- Polished manners and high sense of responsibility
- Attentive and communicative personality
- Precise and independent working style
