What to expect
- You assess cost approval requests for rehabilitation and psychiatry based on medical criteria and health insurance guidelines.
- You contribute your nursing expertise to complex issues and support well-founded, needs-based decisions.
- You advise acute hospitals, primary care providers, and insured persons on the choice of suitable rehabilitation institutions.
- You are the first point of contact for service providers regarding questions about treatment coordination and integration.
- In addition, you participate in projects and working groups and actively contribute your practical experience.
What you bring
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH or have an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience – ideally in an acute hospital, rehabilitation, psychiatry, or care/case management.
- You want to apply your clinical expertise in a new environment and assess medical matters holistically.
- Knowledge and experience in the field of health insurance are an advantage.
- You communicate professionally, negotiate skilfully, and present yourself confidently.
- You have very good language skills in German and French (B2 level); Italian is an advantage.
