Your Area of Responsibility

• Overall responsibility: Responsibility for the vocational training of apprentices in the German and Western Switzerland regions
• Strategic development: Further development of the training strategy as well as introduction of new impulses for a modern and future-oriented learning culture
• Recruitment & Employer Branding: Acquisition of new apprentices and strengthening the employer attractiveness of OTTO'S as a training company
• Support for apprentices: Care, promotion and support of apprentices throughout the entire training period
• Support for trainers: Coaching, advice and empowerment of trainers in the branches and specialist areas of logistics and central administration
• Quality assurance: Ensuring administration as well as compliance with and further development of high quality standards
• Deputising: Full deputising for the Head of Training as well as active participation in the further development of the training and education area

Your Profile

• Education: Completed basic training with further education in HR, vocational training or business administration
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in vocational training in retail as well as in the establishment and further development of training structures
• Skills: Affinity for digital media and learning platforms as well as good knowledge of the Swiss education system
• Language skills: Very good German and French skills
