20% Student Assignment: Apartment Researcher
About the Role
As an apartment researcher, you will play a key role in supporting clients. You will be responsible for finding the best real estate opportunities and ensuring the first contact with property management companies to offer clients properties that match their criteria.

We offer you a fully remote position with great flexibility (8 hours per week, Monday morning mandatory), within a rapidly growing organisation in a highly stimulating field. Your role will be genuinely useful to the members of the apartment research team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience alongside your studies. We offer a 6-month assignment which can be extended long-term, with opportunities for advancement if you prove yourself.
Tasks
- Search for apartments on various platforms according to defined criteria.
- Contact property management companies by email in French and German.
- Propose selected properties to clients via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
- Coordinate and organise viewings between clients and property management companies.
We are looking for
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of German for writing emails.
- Comfortable with common IT tools.
- High autonomy, rigor and organisational skills.
An advantage if you have
- A successful first professional experience.
- Interest in the real estate sector.
