Role:
Our client is a diversified corporate group in the Swiss agricultural, food and retail environment. The company connects agriculture with food production, trade and various services along the value chain. With a broad scope of activities, it contributes to the supply of the population and supports agricultural businesses with needs-based solutions.

Responsibilities:
You and your team ensure the smooth processing of monthly payroll processing and posting runs.
You handle social security accounting and withholding taxes and support the HR operations teams with professional and system-related payroll matters.
You keep organisational data up to date and reliably implement structural adjustments during reorganisations and restructurings.
You support the definition and compliance of internal controls in the ICS and contribute to continuously improving data quality and processes.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in payroll or HR and are well versed in Swiss social security law and payroll processing.
You have solid user knowledge of SAP HCM.
You are proficient in MS Office and UKA Solutions and open to learning new systems such as ATOSS.
You impress with a strong customer orientation and very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
