The Labour Market Measures (AMM) department is a customer-oriented service and competence centre for job seekers and employers. It is responsible for systematic needs assessment, targeted planning, as well as the needs-based provision and management of labour market measures (AMM). Professional advice and the optimal use of measures to promote professional qualifications are central. Ongoing success monitoring is also part of ensuring effectiveness. In close cooperation with the Regional Employment Centre (RAV) and various providers, we ensure that our offers are needs-based, effective, and practical.
We are looking for a committed reinforcement for our team from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement for a fixed-term position of 12 months as

What to expect- Central hub function between providers, job seekers, and the RAV
- Individual advice on labour market measures (e.g. employment programmes, application courses)
- Support in managing and coordinating the existing portfolio of offers
- Close cooperation and networking with internal and external partners
- Responsibility for reliable administrative processing as well as participation in quality assurance and impact monitoring
- Flexible support of the team in day-to-day operations
- Participation in the further development of processes and offers
