You enjoy sales, have a knack for people and really want to make a difference? Then we are looking for you as Deputy Branch Manager / Personnel Consultant to strengthen our team in St. Gallen.

In this role, you take on the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition through support to recruitment and placement of candidates. You can expect a working environment that offers you scope for creativity and where you can make a difference together with a strong team.

• You actively acquire new customers and build sustainable partnerships in the industrial and technical sector
• You support existing customers, analyse their personnel needs and advise them competently on site
• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process: placing advertisements, active sourcing, conducting interviews and creating candidate dossiers
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support employees in deployment and ensure a high level of service quality
• You support the operational and strategic development of the branch
• You take on (initial) leadership responsibility and inspire the team with energy and goal orientation
• You use modern tools, networks and CRM systems to acquire customers and candidates

• Completed training (technical, commercial or comparable)
• Initial experience in sales, consulting, recruiting or personnel consulting - ideally in a technical environment
• Strong sales DNA and enjoyment in building customer relationships
• Leadership potential and the motivation to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
