• Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical skills and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Very good German and good French skills; English skills are an advantage
