A technically skilled individual is sought for a provider of professional IT services who manages complex customer environments and continuously improves their architecture and operational processes. You take responsibility for demanding technical solutions, accompany projects from conception to implementation and contribute your expertise to the further development of modern ICT services.
Responsibilities:
Operation, support and continuous optimisation of business-critical systems, platforms and infrastructures
Development of sustainable solution architectures and technical concepts for customer and internal projects
Planning and management of installations, integrations, tests, releases and migrations
Analysis of complex faults as well as execution of recovery and restoration measures
Further development of operational standards, security requirements, monitoring and technical documentation
Consulting customers and internal departments as well as providing professional support and coaching to team members
Qualifications:
IT education or comparable technical qualification with appropriate further training
Several years of professional experience in system engineering and operation of demanding ICT environments
Sound knowledge of infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, networks and IT security
Experience in technical consulting as well as in implementation and professional management of complex ICT projects
Further training in project management, cloud, security or service management is an advantage
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills, customer focus as well as good German and English skills at B1/B2 level
