Active participation in the Cyber Security Center, especially in the area of Extended Managed Detection & Response (MDR), including continuous optimisation of the offered services.
Advising customers on IT security issues, conducting pre-sales activities, and supporting projects both on-site and remotely from the Security Center.
Assessing customers’ IT and security infrastructure, identifying risks, and developing appropriate security solutions.
Contributing to the further development of the product and service portfolio, including designing new security services and sales strategies.
Creating and maintaining technical concepts, security policies, and best practices to support customer projects.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed degree or technical training in computer science or business informatics.
Several years of experience in cyber security, preferably with practical work on company-specific security solutions.
In-depth knowledge of modern security solutions such as PAM, SASE, XDR, firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
Competent in analysing complex security incidents, developing recommendations, and implementing security measures.
Excellent German and English skills in oral and written communication.
