AI Business Analyst

You are significantly involved in the analysis, conception, support, and adoption of our AI solutions and drive these forward together with committed internal and external teams. We are looking for a personality who never loses sight of the essentials when diving into concepts and code.

What you will achieve

• You analyse business processes, identify concrete GenAI/AI use cases on-premises / cloud and drive these forward with a strong implementation focus.
• You translate business needs into clearly understandable requirements for IT, Data & AI teams.
• You accompany the introduction of AI solutions from the idea through the pilot to the bank-wide rollout.
• You promote AI adoption, for example through training, guidelines, and best practice formats.
• You act as an internal contact person around GenAI/AI, advise departments, and moderate stakeholders.
• You measure the benefits and acceptance of AI solutions and derive concrete improvement measures from this.

What you bring

• Education: Master’s degree (university, university of applied sciences)
• Field of study: Computer Science / Informatics / Business Informatics
• Professional experience: At least 5 years in AI engineering / business analysis
• Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in AI, IT, or digitalisation projects.
• Several years of experience with GenAI/AI solutions (e.g. LLMs, chatbots, engineering) and typical use cases.
• Experience in creating management presentations and presenting AI topics appropriately for all management levels.
• Very good knowledge of IT and AI landscapes (on-premises & cloud) as well as basic understanding of data protection/compliance.
• Experience working with various stakeholders and experience in change management / enablement/adoption initiatives for new digital AI solutions.
