About the job
As a Corporate Technical Manager, based in Bulle, you will manage the technical aspects of a portfolio of corporate insurance contracts (personal insurance, liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims handling, in coordination with insurers, clients and Sales Managers.
You will maintain regular contact with clients, primarily by email and telephone, supplemented by face-to-face or video conference meetings.

Your responsibilities

- Personalised management according to contracts and client needs: monthly follow-up sessions and mutation checks, ongoing cases, etc.
- Organisation and conduct of presentation sessions for staff: general information on personal insurance, presentation of contractual changes
- Routine management: projects, advice, presentation of comparisons
- Mastery of insurance for employees, property insurance, LAMal health insurance, LAA/LAAC accident insurance, etc.
- Tailored follow-up and management according to client needs and wishes.
Your profile
- Proven experience in personal insurance, Federal Insurance Certificate or equivalent training
- Proficiency in office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, analytical skills, rigour and autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, client orientation and strong team spirit
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written

Work rate: 50% to 70%
