Lead Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation, administration, and continuous development of our IT infrastructure.
You design and implement solutions for servers, virtualisation, network, databases, and IT security.
You analyse existing systems, identify optimisation potentials, and sustainably implement technical improvements.
You participate in IT projects, take responsibility for sub-projects, and create the associated technical documentation.
You support users and internal teams in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure stable IT operations.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in system engineering.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server, VMware, and Active Directory including GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and relational databases; knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
You work independently, structured, solution-oriented, and gladly take responsibility in a technical environment.
Very good German skills, good English skills, and willingness for further training.
