HR Specialist - Payroll Management Expert (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Specialist - Payroll Management Expert (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the preparation, calculation and verification of salaries for employees paid hourly and monthly.

• You will handle all administrative procedures related to the hiring, monitoring and departure of employees.

• You will guarantee the accuracy and updating of personnel information in HR tools.

• You will supervise the monitoring of working hours, absences and work incapacities.

• You will manage formalities related to social insurances and ensure communication with the various concerned organisations.

• You will coordinate the activities of a small HR team and ensure the proper organisation of tasks.

• You will collaborate with the finance department to ensure the reliability of salary data during monthly and annual closings.

• You will support operational managers in managing personnel-related issues.

• You will ensure compliance with Swiss legal provisions, collective labour agreements and internal procedures.

• You will contribute to optimising working methods and participate in various HR development projects.

Your profile:

• You hold a Swiss HR manager certificate.

• You have at least five years of experience in payroll in Switzerland.

• You possess excellent knowledge of social insurances, Swiss labour law and collective agreements.

• You master payroll processing for employees paid hourly and monthly.

• You are comfortable with IT tools and have advanced knowledge of Excel.

• You are capable of coordinating a small team and supporting managers in their HR activities.

• You demonstrate rigour, autonomy, discretion and an excellent sense of priorities.

• You enjoy teamwork and can manage several files simultaneously.
