ZurichYour Tasks
- You accompany and support young adults in shift work within the framework of the key worker system and assist them in their personal and social development.
- You develop needs-based daily structures that promote the individual needs and abilities of the young adults, in collaboration with internal departments.
- You are responsible for professional educational casework including support planning as the case-responsible staff member in cooperation with the team and social counselling.
- You organise leisure activities together with the young adults.
- You work closely with internal and external partners within an interdisciplinary team.
- You participate in various team forums such as team meetings, supervisions, and others.
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy, social work (HF/FH) or related fields (or near completion)
- Diplomas from abroad must already have been submitted to the SBFI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) and a "measure" must be in place or started
- Experience in key worker work, preferably with adolescents or young adults
- Confident German (C1) and very good MS Office user skills
- Enjoyment and interest in setting up a new residential group
- Independent, responsible working style, flexibility and strong team orientation
- Empathy and sensitivity to the individual needs of young people in difficult life situations
- High resilience and assertiveness, especially in demanding and challenging situations

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 120,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
