To complement our team at the DZ Kilchberg MNA centre, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue at 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for all measures for social integration and securing social needs
- Conveying local social norms and values
- Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts and supporting in difficult situations
- Supporting the integration of clients into education and the labour market
- Advising on social and legal issues and referring to specialised services
- Identifying resources and networks to support clients
- Organising and conducting group activities and workshops
Your Profile
- Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / Postgraduate HF studies)
- 0 to 1 year relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- French | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
