LOOKING FOR A MANAGER – 100% ESTABLISHMENT MANAGER

Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and wish to run your own establishment?

Well-established family Italian restaurant in Sion since 2009, Pastabar SA is looking for a manager capable of independently taking charge of the operation.

The owner, reaching retirement age, wishes to quickly withdraw from daily operations and entrust the keys of the establishment to a trustworthy, responsible and dynamic person.

Your mission

You take full responsibility for the daily operation:

• management and supervision of the team;
• organisation of schedules and service;
• management of purchases, suppliers and stock;
• control of costs, margins and cash register;
• maintenance of quality, hygiene and service;
• development of turnover and clientele;
• management of relationships with customers and suppliers;
• administrative follow-up in collaboration with the fiduciary;
• implementation of commercial and development actions;
• monthly monitoring of results and objectives.

You have real autonomy in managing the establishment, with clearly defined responsibilities and powers.

Your profile

We are looking for a person:

• with proven experience in catering, ideally in managing an establishment;
• autonomous, organised and capable of making decisions;
• with good management and leadership skills;
• comfortable with numbers and cost monitoring;
• close to their team and able to motivate them;
• customer satisfaction and business development oriented;
• honest, reliable and trustworthy;
• above all, eager to undertake and build something long-term.

Experience in managing a café-restaurant is a significant asset.

This position can be a step towards a genuine business takeover.

The owner wishes to prioritise the manager in the event of a possible future takeover of the Pastabar business.

A mechanism is planned whereby 50% of the annual bonus can constitute a credit towards the price of a future takeover, under agreed conditions.

The goal is clear: to find someone who first wants to manage the establishment as an entrepreneur and who could, tomorrow, become the owner.
