Role:
In this exciting position, you are the technical contact for our customers and ensure that production systems run reliably. You take on fault finding, accompany the commissioning of new systems, and support customers in the after-sales service.
Responsibilities:
Independent fault finding and rectification on complex systems
Support with maintenance activities in the area of electrics and software
Commissioning and ramp-up support of systems on site
Technical advice and support for customers in after-sales
Planning and monitoring of rework and fault rectifications by subcontractors
Taking over the on-call service (24/7)
Qualifications:
Completed mechatronic basic training (electromechanic, automation technician or similar)
Further education at HF / FH level in electrical engineering or automation is an advantage
Experience with PLC controls, especially TIA / S7
Driving licence category B mandatory
Very good analytical and systemic thinking skills
