Service Specialist - Hotel Victoria
Responsibilities
- Proper and professional guest care
- Co-responsible for smooth service operations
- Expert management of a station including cash handling
- Preparation of the required mise-en-place
- Compliance with hygiene and cleanliness guidelines
- Assignments in à la Carte and banquet areas
Requirements
- Completed training in hospitality, preferably in the restaurant sector
- Experience in à la Carte service
- Fluent German and English, good French skills advantageous
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Warm, charming hosts, enthusiastic and motivated
- High commitment, initiative, and reliability
