Team Leader Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 100% for the protected ward
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team
- Responsible for organising ward operations, implementing work processes and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
- Assuming tasks as day manager
- Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Assuming tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Co-responsibility in recruiting new employees
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
