To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys a varied role in a modern gynaecological outpatient clinic within the hospital. As a member of our team, you will help to care for women with acute as well as short-term gynaecological complaints quickly, competently, and empathetically. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape the development and further advancement of a new outpatient care service.
Your tasks
- Caring for our patients from reception to the conclusion of the consultation
- Triage, organisation, and coordination of appointment scheduling – by phone as well as via digital booking systems
- Assistance with gynaecological examinations and invasive diagnostic procedures (assisting with insertion of coils, minor biopsies, breast punctures, wound irrigations)
- Performing blood draws and urine analyses
- Preparation of instruments and examination rooms
- Administrative tasks and electronic documentation
You bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or certified nursing specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in a gynaecological practice, women's clinic, or outpatient emergency care is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and confident use of common MS Office applications
- Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment with varied tasks
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- High patient orientation as well as team and communication skills
- Good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
