IT Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d)

This position is to be filled in Morges or Petit-Lancy.
Your mission
- Handle, qualify, and process incoming requests from our clients
- Ensure the entry, follow-up, and closure of tickets in our ticketing tool
- Escalate unresolved tickets to our Operations team and partners
- System administration (Account creation, user rights management, etc.)
- Update technical documentation
- Participate in technical interventions at our clients’ sites
- Take good care of our clients and know how to reassure them
Your profile
- Initial IT training such as a Federal VET Diploma (CFC)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support
- Experience or knowledge of the following technologies: Workstations, Microsoft systems, Cloud, virtualisation, MDM...
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal skills, excellent writing abilities
- Good listening and service skills, ability to build trustful relationships with interlocutors at all levels, collaborative attitude and team spirit
- Fluent French and good level of English (B2)
