Construction Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a construction manager with the following tasks:

• Development of logistics and assembly concepts in collaboration with the project manager

• Coordination of all assembly activities

• Quality control and supervision throughout the entire construction process

• Final construction acceptance and handover

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a solid basic training as a carpenter, joiner, structural draughtsman or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, you have completed further training in construction management

• Practical experience in the window industry is an advantage

• You are proficient in the MS Office suite

• German is your mother tongue and you are characterised by very good expression as well as excellent manners in contact with a wide range of interlocutors

• You know how to set priorities and efficiently lead tasks to completion

• Your confident and assured manner, your assertiveness and your perseverance complete your profile
