What is my role?

• Independent planning, calculation and execution of projects in the field of building envelope

• Organisation and coordination of construction sites as well as ensuring a smooth project process

• Leadership and deployment planning of employees

• Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality

• Coordination of the involved contacts and active support of the projects until successful completion

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as a flat roof waterproofing specialist or tinsmith

• Proven professional experience as a project manager

• Solid experience in project calculation and employee management

• Successfully completed projects that demonstrate your skills

• Good PC skills, SORBA experience is an advantage

• Driving licence category B
