- You are responsible for coordinating change management activities, providing new software releases, and implementing new integration projects.
- You work with internal and external development and operations partners and are involved in technical and conceptual tasks.
- You monitor business-critical services and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the assigned services.
- Your several years of professional experience with AD and WAN/LAN is important, ideally complemented by experience in the CRM and/or ERP world.
- You bring valuable experience from the IT support environment, including Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- In addition, you speak fluent German and have good English skills.
- Convincing and assertive personality as well as good organisational and coordination skills.

Tasks
- Together with the Global Operations Team, you ensure the operational operation of the global IT infrastructure and business applications.- You are responsible for coordinating change management activities, providing new software releases, and implementing new integration projects.
- You work with internal and external development and operations partners and are involved in technical and conceptual tasks.
- You monitor business-critical services and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the assigned services.
Profile
- You have training as an IT specialist and have ideally supplemented this with advanced professional training.- Your several years of professional experience with AD and WAN/LAN is important, ideally complemented by experience in the CRM and/or ERP world.
- You bring valuable experience from the IT support environment, including Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- In addition, you speak fluent German and have good English skills.
