Your Tasks
- Operation, monitoring and maintenance of customer systems (remote & on site)
- Planning, preparation and implementation of IT projects in the SME environment
- Design and realisation of solutions in the areas of storage, virtualisation, backup & restore
- Execution of system migrations and updates
- Creation of technical concepts and system documentation
- Support of colleagues and customers with technical concerns

Our Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or equivalent
- Further training at HF or FH level is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience with Microsoft and VMware server landscapes
- Sound knowledge of storage and backup systems (e.g. HP, Fujitsu, Acronis, Synology)
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as support tasks (German, ideally also English or other languages)
- Analytical and conceptual strength, high personal responsibility and team spirit
- Driving licence category B and willingness to be regularly deployed at customers
