- Expert contact person for customers and internal stakeholders
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level support cases to ensure smooth IT operations
- Deployment and further development depending on individual strengths and areas of interest
- Independent work with support from a collegial, young, and committed team
- Several years of professional experience at an IT service provider or system house
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365)
- Basic knowledge in the areas of network, communication, and IT infrastructure
- Service-oriented, independent, and resilient personality with team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), French skills an advantage
- Driving licence category B

Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of demanding IT projects for a diverse SME clientele- Expert contact person for customers and internal stakeholders
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level support cases to ensure smooth IT operations
- Deployment and further development depending on individual strengths and areas of interest
- Independent work with support from a collegial, young, and committed team
Profile
- Completed training in computer science (EFZ or equivalent)- Several years of professional experience at an IT service provider or system house
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365)
- Basic knowledge in the areas of network, communication, and IT infrastructure
- Service-oriented, independent, and resilient personality with team spirit
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), French skills an advantage
- Driving licence category B
