What you will achieve
- Responsibility for compliance with personnel and material costs
- Management of the production of hot and cold dishes
- Production, preparation and delivery of catering orders
- Menu planning, ordering and inventory as well as other administrative tasks
- Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines

- Completed chef apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

- German level C1-C2: competent language use

Your place of work
At the Stopover operation at the airport, our host team with 7 employees pampers around 210 guests daily. With great passion, creativity and a high standard of quality, we ensure unforgettable culinary experiences - and that’s exactly why we are looking for you! The varied offer in the self-service restaurant Stopover consists of the Chef's Choice, the Home and the Veggie menu. The extensive salad buffet, the yoghurt station and 1 daily soup complete the offer. Additionally, the Stopover gastronomy includes a separate coffee bar.
For this role, a valid category B driving licence is required. You work Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 15:30 according to the duty roster. For special events in the evening, you are flexibly available. Furthermore, to ensure deliveries to our customers at the airport, weekend shifts are also required - but not regularly every weekend.
