Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled professional for architectural planning and the draughting of demanding building projects. You will support the development and realisation of diverse construction projects and take responsibility for creating precise construction project, building permit, execution and detail plans. The focus is on digital 2D and 3D planning with ArchiCAD, the constructive elaboration of architectural concepts, and ensuring high planning quality. The position combines sound technical understanding of construction, a design quality awareness, and independent project work with close collaboration in an interdisciplinary architectural team.

Responsibilities:

• Independent creation and processing of architectural plans for demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects in building construction

• Development of construction project, building permit, execution and detail plans across the relevant SIA service phases

• Creation and further development of digital 2D drawings and 3D building models with ArchiCAD, taking into account project-specific planning requirements

• Constructive elaboration of architectural design concepts to ensure technically precise and executable planning solutions

• Development and representation of building and connection details for façades, building envelopes, roof structures and interior fittings

• Preparation and updating of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings in coordination with architects and project managers

• Integration and coordination of specialist planner information from structural engineering, building services and other technical disciplines

• Review and quality assurance of planning documents regarding dimensional accuracy, completeness, constructive correctness and compliance with relevant planning standards

• Participation in the preparation of building permit documents and consideration of building law and technical requirements in plan processing

• Independent organisation and processing of assigned planning tasks while adhering to defined project deadlines and quality standards

• Support of project teams in technical clarifications, planning coordination and detail development during the design and realisation phases

• Maintenance and structured management of digital planning documents and project documentation using ArchiCAD, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification as a building draughtsperson

• Practical experience in creating construction project, building permit, execution and detail plans as well as a good understanding of Swiss building construction and planning processes

• Advanced user knowledge of ArchiCAD with solid experience in 2D CAD planning and 3D building modelling

• Strong understanding of building construction, materials and construction processes as well as a confident eye for architectural design, proportions and constructive detail quality

• Confident use of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 as well as experience in the structured management and coordination of digital planning documents

• Independent, structured and precise working style with a high sense of responsibility for planning deadlines, plan quality and reliable implementation of technical requirements

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as teamwork, initiative and enjoyment in active participation in all project phases
