The Bachem Group is investing in a new planned site in Sisslerfeld in north-west Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacities by the end of the decade. Your tasks:

• Participation in the project and construction phase of the new site in the area of Facility & Utility Management
• Support in qualification, validation, and commissioning of technical equipment and systems
• Involvement in the implementation of the CMMS system with a focus on facility management processes
• Participation in the development and optimisation of processes, standards, and strategies in facility management
• Creation and coordination of work instructions in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Support in establishing an efficient and future-oriented facility management on site
• Review and professional approval of project-relevant documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards as well as close cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed intermediate or higher education in facility management or comparable qualification, e.g. industrial engineering
• Professional experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry as well as knowledge of GMP processes is an advantage
• Experience in project environments as well as in building and further developing new structures

• Very good IT user skills (MS Office) as well as experience with CMMS systems; SAP-PM knowledge is a plus
• High initiative, resilience, and sense of responsibility combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as pronounced organisational talent
• Communicative, team-oriented, and assertive personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Motivation to actively contribute to the establishment of a new strategic site and sustainably shape facility management processes, with a perspective of a future leadership role
