Responsibilities:
- You support customers and partners in the installation of complex ECM systems and additional modules
- In this role, you actively contribute to the further development of our cloud infrastructure
- You set up sales environments and provide them for internal purposes
- As an expert in EIM-ECM-DMS platforms, you configure development environments for the team
- You ensure stable and efficient operation of the provided platform environments
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training (EFZ) or studies in the IT field (HF, FH or university)
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position as well as in the operation of on-premise and cloud applications
- Practical experience in the installation and operation of specialised applications, ideally with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and servers (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with network topics (e.g. proxy, DMZ), server virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
- Ability to read lines of code and understand their functionality, combined with very good German and good English skills
- Communicative, customer-oriented personality with a solution-oriented, independent and structured working style as well as high commitment
