Within our execution planning team in French-speaking Switzerland, you play a key role in the development and management of our projects, from design to completion.
As an architect, you ensure the architectural and technical development of projects and manage the various consultants involved. You also represent the project to the authorities and actively contribute to ensuring its quality, feasibility, and compliance with its objectives.
Your area of responsibility
- Development and management of architectural projects, from design to completion
- Coordination and management of consultants and specialists involved in the project
- Management of interfaces between architecture, structure, building services, and other disciplines
- Preparation, coordination, and monitoring of building permit applications.
- Management of communications and negotiations with authorities as well as municipal and cantonal services
- Preparation, coordination, and updating of architectural plans and BIM architect models
- Monitoring architectural and technical quality as well as project objectives
- Participation in coordination meetings and representation of the project to various partners
- Close collaboration with project management and construction teams
- Contribution to integrated planning oriented towards the requirements of a total enterprise
- Use of digital/BIM methods and tools to support project development and coordination
Required qualities
- Degree in architecture from ETH/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent qualification
- About 5 years of professional experience in the development, planning and/or realisation of architectural projects in Switzerland
- Experience in project management and coordination of consultants
- Good knowledge of approval procedures and experience in relations with authorities
- Experience within an architectural office or total/general contractor company
- Good understanding of architectural, technical, economic and construction-related issues of a project
- Registration in the REG A register or qualification allowing registration in REG A
- Comfortable in digital planning environments and interest in BIM methods
- Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented working method
- Good communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
