Sales Support Officer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Expert advice and support for customers on all questions regarding product applications, areas of use, and technical specifications

• Development and maintenance of long-term, trusting business relationships with existing and new customers

• Creation, follow-up, and negotiation of customer-specific offers

• Responsibility for product range maintenance, including the introduction of new products and phase-out management of existing items

• Conducting product training for employees in field and internal sales

• Professional handling of customer complaints, conducting supplier evaluations, and continuous data maintenance in the CRM system

What do I need to be successful?

• Solid technical education with a focus on electrical engineering successfully completed

• Proven professional experience of several years in technical sales or technical marketing

• Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented demeanour with confident negotiation skills

• Systematic and reliable approach to tasks
