As a Business Controller, you are a sparring partner for management and the specialist departments. You contribute to further developing corporate management in a data-based and strategically sound manner. Your main tasks include:
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes
Further development of controlling tools, KPIs, and BI solutions
Support with investment calculations, business cases, and profitability analyses
Analysis of deviations and derivation of optimisation measures
Close cooperation with financial accounting, IT, and management
Qualifications:
Completed business studies (university/FH) with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
Professional experience in controlling, ideally in an SME or a comparable function
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Very good Excel and ERP knowledge; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
Independent, structured working style as well as high initiative
Fluent German; English skills are an advantage
