You plan and implement demanding IT infrastructures in customer environments, particularly using solutions from Microsoft, Aruba and Fortinet.
You independently manage IT projects from technical conception through configuration and optimisation to acceptance.
During ongoing operations, you ensure maintenance and support of the systems you manage and handle more complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support.
You enjoy a lot of freedom in organising your tasks. At the same time, you work closely with the team, proactively share your expertise and continuously develop your technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
A completed IT apprenticeship specialising in system technology and initial practical professional experience in the relevant environment form the basis.
You are well versed in Windows Server/Client, Active Directory and Exchange; Hyper-V, VMware and backup solutions – especially Veeam – also belong to your technical repertoire.
You have solid fundamentals in switching, routing and WLAN around networks. Experience with NAC/Dot1x is an advantage, and your interest in IT security is equally important.
You enjoy customer contact: you communicate authentically and solution-oriented, keep an overview even under high pressure and show additional commitment when needed.
You have excellent written and spoken German skills and work independently, responsibly and as a team player.
