SME Advisor Expert - Gros-de-Vaud Region

Your main tasks:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, public law entities and real estate professionals in the region and advise them by offering BCV's financial solutions and services
• Actively prospect companies in the region and engage within the economic environment
• Utilise all the skills of the Bank's internal network to bring the greatest added value to your clients
• Develop financing solutions while identifying risk elements and working closely with credit analysts and real estate experts
• Contribute to the development of other team members, notably by sharing knowledge and experience

Your profile:

• Advanced banking training or higher education (HES or HEC, etc.)
• Proven experience in financing and comprehensive advisory for companies and real estate professionals
• In-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric and involvement in social life
• Strong customer orientation, proactivity and sense of service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented
