Commercial Manager for Pension Provision (m/f/x) - 80-100%

To complete our team within our Sales and Marketing department, our group is looking for a Commercial Manager for pension provision in the Lausanne region, tasked with supporting our external service as well as agency brokers in the search and development of solutions for our clients in the field of pension provision.

The various tasks awaiting you

• Accompany our external service in client meetings, advise and support them on pension and mortgage products.
• Propose and promote commercial actions in the field of individual life insurance, group insurance, and mortgages.
• Regularly monitor the results of sales teams, find appropriate actions in collaboration with general agents.
• Provide sales and product training and ensure their follow-up.
• Foster cross-functional relationships between agencies and management.

What makes you unique

• Holder of a federal diploma as a financial planner or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in external service or client advisory is necessary.
• Successful professional experience in the field of pension provision and finance, with a good command of legal and fiscal aspects being a great asset.
• Additionally, you are client/solution-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and strong pedagogical abilities.
