About the job
Deployed across several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, intellectual disabilities or physical issues, a specialised school, and a socioprofessional department.
For the workshops with a socialising vocation "Eventail", located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a:

Your mission
Within our workshops with a socialising vocation, you support people presenting notably autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviours.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- support individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and projects;
- implement adapted support promoting autonomy, participation and well-being;
- collaborate with the network of supported persons and the various professionals involved;
- ensure the administrative follow-up of the support and the workshop: reports, summaries, digital files, etc.;
- contribute to the development and evolution of practices around autism and complex situations;
- share your expertise and, according to your skills, participate in the training of the institution's staff in the field of autism.
Your profile
You are a committed, autonomous, organised and solution-oriented person. You appreciate situations that require reflection, adaptation and creativity.
You have:
- a diploma as Socioprofessional Master (MSP), ES or HES educator;
- a specialisation in the field of autism and/or complex situations;
- at least 3 years of experience supporting people presenting ASD and/or challenging behaviours;
- good knowledge of TEACCH, PECS approaches or other tools adapted to the supported persons;
- pedagogical skills and an interest in knowledge transfer;
- excellent command of common IT tools;
- good adaptability and versatility;
- a developed sense of responsibility, organisation and collaboration;
- a creative, open and innovative mind;
- an ability to self-reflect and work interdisciplinarily;
- a category B driving licence.
