This role focuses on the reliable operation and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as other applications. The role combines application management, business processes and technical interfaces and also includes supporting projects, releases and support issues.
Responsibilities:
Operation, further development and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as other applications
Analysis and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with the business units
Ensuring the reliable functioning of interfaces
Coordination and management of external partners and suppliers
Responsibility for incident, change and release management
Support with projects, rollouts and system migrations
Creation and maintenance of technical and business documentation
Support of 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Good knowledge of business processes in finance, purchasing and sales
Knowledge of a care solution is an advantage
Experience in application management
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Very good German language skills
