Project Manager Planning HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF88,000 - 95,000Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of specialist planning projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration
Development of technical concepts as well as elaboration of innovative and sustainable building technology solutions
Responsibility for the technical, scheduling and economic project execution
Preparation and review of planning documents, technical calculations, tenders and specialist concepts
Coordination of collaboration with architects, clients, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
Ensuring high-quality planning taking into account applicable standards, guidelines and energy requirements
Support of projects during the tendering, realisation and commissioning phases
Monitoring of costs, deadlines and project progress as well as early identification of potential risks
Qualifications:
Completed technical training or degree in building services engineering, HVAC or supply engineering
Further education at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in specialist planning of heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration systems
Experience in managing and coordinating building services projects
Good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and guidelines, especially SIA requirements
Confident handling of common planning and calculation tools as well as digital working aids
Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of technical, economic and energy-related contexts
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
Very good German language skills
